Participating Employer. A "Participating Employer" is a trade or business which, with the consent of the Lead Employer, executes a Participation Agreement to the Adoption Agreement. A Participating Employer is an Employer for all purposes of the Plan except as provided in Section 1.23. A Participating Employer may, but need not be a Related Employer.
