Participating Employer. An Employer may contribute to the Plan only by being a signatory to the Execution Page of the Adoption Agreement or to a Participation Agreement to the Adoption Agreement. If a Related Employer executes a Participation Agreement to the Adoption Agreement, the Related Employer is a Participating Employer. A Participating Employer is an Employer for all purposes of the Plan except as provided in Section 1.12.
