Community Participation Goods, works and services required for Part B.1 of the Project may be procured in accordance with procedures acceptable to the Association, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.15 of the Guidelines.
Government All of LESSEE's obligations under this Lease will continue to the same extent as if such requisition had not occurred.
Union Officials 1. The Union will notify the Company in writing of the election, appointment, or removal of Union shop xxxxxxx(s). The District Lodge will notify the Company in writing of the Committee members at that location.
Participating Consumers All Participating Consumers as of the Effective Date will continue to be enrolled in the Program under the terms of this ESA unless they opt-out. Within one (1) day after the Effective Date, the Town shall provide to Competitive Supplier a list of Participating Consumers as of the Effective Date, as well as such Participating Consumers’ service and billing addresses, and any other information necessary for Competitive Supplier to commence All-Requirements Power Supply to such Participating Consumers as of the Service Commencement Date.
Political Activity An employee shall not use his or her official authority for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the nomination or election of any candidate for public office. An employee shall not be prohibited from participation in local community activities or from holding public office in the community in which the employee resides, provided that such activity does not conflict with Section 3.01 of the Rules and Regulations for Personnel Administration (and the Federal Hatch Act to the extent that employees of agencies receiving federal funds are subject thereto).
Increasing Seat Belt Use in the United States Pursuant to Executive Order 13043, 62 FR 19217 (April 8, 1997), Grantee is encouraged to consider adopting and enforcing on-the-job seat belt policies and programs for their employees when operating company-owned, rented or personally owned vehicles.
