The Participating Municipality clause defines which municipalities are formally included as parties to an agreement or arrangement. It typically lists the specific municipalities involved or sets criteria for inclusion, ensuring that only those entities that have agreed to the terms are bound by the obligations and benefits of the contract. This clause is essential for clarifying the scope of participation, preventing ambiguity about which municipalities are responsible for compliance and eligible for services or resources under the agreement.
Participating Municipality. A dues-paying municipal member of Sustainable Westchester, which has adopted the applicable local legislation for the Community Choice Aggregation Program.
Participating Municipality. A dues-paying municipal member of Sustainable Westchester, which has adopted the applicable local legislation for the CCA Program.
