Participating Municipality. A dues-paying municipal member of Sustainable Westchester, which has adopted the applicable local legislation for the Community Choice Aggregation Program.
Participating Municipality. A dues-paying municipal member of Sustainable Westchester, which has adopted the applicable local legislation for the CCA Program.
Participating Municipality. One of the three entities bound by the terms of this Agreement that participates in the operation and oversight of the Fire Department.
Participating Municipality. A municipality with a law enforcement agency or department dedicated to performing Law Enforcement Services for its Primary Law Enforcement Jurisdiction that commits itself to participate in SSERT pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Participating Municipality. Those jurisdictions or member cities that: (i) are located in SCE’s service territory; and (ii) have been selected by SCE and Implementer to participate in the South Bay Council of Governments Water Leak Detection Program as set forth in the Statement of Work.
