PARTICIPATING TERM. The Owners shall participate in the Lead Contract for Office Furniture. The Memorandum of Understanding will be effective upon execution through April 30, 2024. Upon conclusion of the initial term, the Owner has the option of renewing for one (1) additional year, under the same terms and conditions according to the renewals allowed by the Lead Contract.
PARTICIPATING TERM. The Owners shall participate in the Lead Contract for Public Safety Vehicle Accessories and LED Light Bars, Siren Warning Accessories. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be effective upon execution through January 2, 2021. Upon conclusion of the initial term, the Owner has the option of renewing for a period of January 3, 2021 through August 31, 2021, then three (3) additional one (1) year periods after that, under the same terms and conditions according to the renewals allowed by the Lead Contract.
PARTICIPATING TERM. The County shall participate in the Lead Contract for Aerial Application of Herbicide by Helicopter. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be effective upon execution, through June 13, 2022. Upon conclusion of the initial term, the County has the option of renewing for two (2) additional years under the same terms and conditions according to the renewals allowed by the Lead Contract.
PARTICIPATING TERM. The County shall participate in the Lead Contract for Public Safety Video Systems. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be effective upon execution through January 30, 2023.
PARTICIPATING TERM. The Owners shall participate in the Lead Contract for Facility MRO, Industrial, and Building- Related Supplies and Equipment. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be effective upon execution through November 8, 2023. Upon conclusion of the initial term, the Owner has the option of renewing for five (5) additional one (1) year terms under the same terms and conditions according to the renewals allowed by the Lead Contract.
PARTICIPATING TERM. The Owners shall participate in the Lead Contract for Maintenance, Repair, Operating (MRO) Supplies, Industrial Supplies and Related Products. This contract will be effective upon execution through December 31, 2018. Upon conclusion of the initial term, the Owner has the option of eight (8) additional one (1) year renewals under the same terms and conditions according to the renewals allowed by the Lead Contract.
PARTICIPATING TERM. The County shall participate in the Lead Contract for Offender Monitoring Products, Services and Solutions for a period of February 1, 2019 through January 31, 2022. Upon conclusion of the initial period, the County has the option of renewing for two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions according to the renewals allowed by the Lead Contract.
PARTICIPATING TERM. The Owners shall participate in the Lead Contract for Paint and Related Products. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be effective beginning August 1, 2023 for a term of one (1) year. Upon conclusion of the initial term, the Owner has the option of renewing under the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms according to the renewals allowed by the Lead Contract.
PARTICIPATING TERM. The County shall participate in the Lead Contract for Public Safety Communications Products, and Services Solutions. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be effective upon execution through December 31, 2026. Upon conclusion of the initial term, the County has the option of renewing for an additional twenty-four (24) months, under the same terms and conditions according to the renewals allowed by the Lead Contract.
PARTICIPATING TERM. The Owners shall participate in the Lead Contract for Small Package Delivery Services upon execution through November 27, 2026.
