Participation Fee Summary Memorandum. The results of Service A Task 2Task 4 will be summarized in a draft technical memorandum and provided to the City. Included in the summary memorandum will be the Consultant’s recommendations related to the approach or method for the City to consider in assessing developer participation fees related to traffic impacts at the intersections of US 95A and Fremont Street/Xxxxxxx Trail and US 95A and Newlands Drive. One set of draft memorandum comments from the City will be incorporated into the final participation fee technical memorandum.   • Site Memorandum The Design Professional agrees to comply fully with the requirements of the attached Exhibit F, Site Memorandum. The Design Professional agrees to notify the Owner, at once and in any event within ten calendar days after execution of this Contract, of the amount of money the Owner should budget in order to cover costs identified in the Site Memorandum. The Design Professional agrees that, without cost to the Owner, the Design Professional shall make such proper and reasonable changes in the Site Plan and preliminary foundation design that are either necessary or desirable as required by the Stage One statement and subsequent investigation by the geotechnical engineer (see Subparagraph 1.1.2.6.3) obtained pursuant to the Site Memorandum. All information should be incorporated into the final Site Plan and final foundation design for the Stage Two statement. The Design Professional shall file copies with the Owner and accompany them with a current Statement of Probable Construction Cost, in the format shown in the Forms Packet, as a part of the next submittal required by this Contract. (See ASTM Standard Practice E 1804-02, August 2002, Section 8.4 for guidance on information which is generally developed in site development documents.)

  • MFMP Transaction Fee Reports The Contractor shall submit complete monthly MFMP Transaction Fee Reports to the Department. Reports are due 15 calendar days after the end of each month.   • Pricing Information Each Fund or its designee will furnish Plan Provider on each business day that the New York Stock Exchange is open for business ("Business Day"), with (i) net asset value information as of the close of trading (currently 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on the New York Stock Exchange or as at such later times at which a Fund's net asset value is calculated as specified in such Fund's prospectus ("Close of Trading"), (ii) dividend and capital gains information as it becomes available, and (iii) in the case of income Funds, the daily accrual or interest rate factor (mil rate).   • CMI/RAI MDS Report Recognizing the mutual objective of quality resident care, the Employer agrees to meet through the Union Management Committee with the Union as soon as practicable after the receipt of the annual CMI/RAI MDS report. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with staffing levels, and staffing mix information; the impact of related payroll costs on staffing levels and a written notice of the CMI/RAI MDS report for the facility. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the impact of the CMI/RAI MDS report on the staffing levels in the Home, quality resident care, and provide the Union with an opportunity to make representation in that regard. The parties shall meet as necessary to discuss other changes or workload issues. The parties may invite additional participants to attend the meeting to support constructive review and discussion.
