PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT. 98.1. The Contractor agrees that neither the Contractor nor any substantially owned affiliated company is participating or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Federal Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce (“Commerce Department”) promulgated thereunder.
98.2. Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to, or conviction of the Contractor or a substantially-owned affiliated company thereof for participation in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Comptroller may, at his/her option, render forfeit and void this Contract.
98.3. The Contractor shall comply in all respects, with the provisions of Section 6-114 of the Administrative Code and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller thereunder.
PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT. A. The Contractor agrees that neither the Contractor nor any substantially-owned affiliated company is participating or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the federal Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, 50 U.S.C. Appendix. §§ 2401 et seq., or the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce promulgated thereunder.
B. Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to, or conviction of, the Contractor or a substantially-owned affiliated company thereof, of participation in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Comptroller may, at his or her option, render forfeit and void this Agreement.
C. The Contractor shall comply in all respects, with the provisions of Admin. Code § 6-114 and the rules issued by the Comptroller thereunder.
PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT. The Contractor agrees that neither the Contractor nor any substantially owned affiliated company is participating or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Federal Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce (Commerce Department) promulgated thereunder.

Code §6-114, the Contractor agrees that neither the Contractor nor any substantially-owned affiliated company is participating or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, and the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce promulgated thereunder. Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to, or conviction of, the Contractor or a substantially-owned affiliated company thereof, participation in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Corporation may, at its option, terminate and render forfeit and void this Agreement.

52.2 Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to, or conviction of the Contractor or a substantially-owned affiliated company thereof, participation in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Comptroller may, at his option, render forfeit and void this Contract.
52.3 The Contractor shall comply in all respects, with the provisions of Section 6-114 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller thereunder.
PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT. NEW YORK CITY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE § 6-114
A. The Contractor agrees that neither the Contractor nor any substantially‑owned affiliated company is participating or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of l979, as amended, or the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce promulgated thereunder.
B. Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to, or conviction of the Contractor or a substantially‑owned affiliated company thereof, participation in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of l979, as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Comptroller may, at his option, render forfeit and void this contract.
C. The Contractor shall comply in all respects, with the provisions of Administrative Code § 6‑114 and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller thereunder.
PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT. Contractor agrees that neither Contractor nor any substantially-owned affiliated company is participating or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, and the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce promulgated thereunder (collectively, the “Export Act”). Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to, or conviction of, Contractor or a substantially-owned affiliated company thereof, for violation of the Export Act, MetroPlus may, at its option, terminate and render forfeit and void this Agreement. Contractor shall comply, in all respects, with of Section 6-114 of the City Administrative Code and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller thereunder.
PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT. 52.1 The Construction Manager agrees that neither the Construction Manager nor any substantially owned affiliated company is participating or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce promulgated thereunder.
52.2 Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to, or conviction of the Construction Manager or a substantially-owned affiliated company thereof, participation in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Comptroller may, at his option, render forfeit and void this Agreement.
52.3 The Construction Manager shall comply in all respects, with the provisions of Section 6-114 of the Administrative Code of CUCF and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller thereunder.
PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT. 5.1 The Seller agrees that neither the Seller nor any affiliate is participating or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce promulgated thereunder.
5.2 Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to, or conviction of the Seller or an affiliated company thereof, participation in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Comptroller may, at his/her option, render forfeit and void this Contract.
5.3 The Seller shall comply in all respects, with the provisions of Section 6-114 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller thereunder.
PARTICIPATION IN AN INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT. 34.1 Licensee agrees that neither Licensee nor any substantially owned affiliated company is participating or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1969, as amended, or the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce promulgated thereunder.
34.2 Upon the final determination by the Commerce Department or any other agency of the United States as to conviction of Licensee or a substantially-owned affiliated company thereof, or participation in an international boycott in violation of the provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1969, as amended, or the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Comptroller may, at his option, render, forfeit and void this License.
34.3 Licensee shall comply in all respects, with the provisions of §6-114 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York and the rules and regulations issued by the Comptroller thereunder.
