Participation in Grievance Program. 15 Provider shall implement a Grievance Program that complies with WAC 182-538C 110 or 16 its successors and shall participate in North Sound BH-ASO’s Grievance Program and 17 cooperate in identifying, processing, and promptly resolving all individual complaints, 18 grievances, or inquiries.
Participation in Grievance Program. Provider shall participate in Health Plan’s Grievance Program and shall cooperate with Health Plan in identifying, processing, and promptly resolving all Member complaints, grievances, or inquiries.
Participation in Grievance Program. 4 Provider shall participate in North Sound BH-ASO’s Grievance Program and 5 cooperate in identifying, processing and promptly resolving all individual complaints, 6 grievances, or inquiries.
Participation in Grievance Program. Provider shall implement a Grievance Program that complies with WAC 246- 341, RCW 48.43.055, or its successors and shall participate in MCO’s Grievance Program and cooperate with MCOs in identifying, processing, and promptly resolving all client complaints, grievances, or inquiries.

Provider shall participate in Health Plan’s Grievance Program and shall cooperate with Health Plan in identifying, processing, and promptly resolving all Member complaints, grievances, or inquiries. Participation in Quality Improvement Program. Provider shall participate in Health Plan’s Quality Improvement Program and shall cooperate with Health Plan in conducting peer review and audits of care rendered by Provider. Participation in Utilization Review and Management Program. Provider shall participate in and comply with Health Plan’s Utilization Review and Management Program, including all policies and procedures regarding prior authorizations, and shall cooperate with Health Plan in audits to identify, confirm, and/or assess utilization levels of Covered Services.
