PARTICIPATION UPON RE-EMPLOYMENT. A Participant whose employment with the Employer terminates will re-enter the Plan as a Participant on the date of his re-employment, subject to the Break in Service rule, if applicable, under Section 2.03(B). An Employee who satisfies the Plan's eligibility conditions but who terminates employment with the Employer prior to becoming a Participant will become a Participant on the later of the Plan Entry Date on which he would have entered the Plan had he not terminated employment or the date of his re-employment, subject to the Break in Service rule, if applicable, under Section 2.03(B). Any Employee who terminates employment prior to satisfying the Plan's eligibility conditions becomes a Participant in accordance with Adoption Agreement Section 2.01.

PARTICIPATION UPON RE-EMPLOYMENT. A Participant whose employment terminates and who is subsequently re-employed shall re-enter the Plan as a Participant immediately on the date of his reemployment. In the event that an Employee completes the eligibility requirements set forth in the Adoption Agreement, his employment terminates prior to becoming a Participant and he is subsequently re-employed, such Employee shall be deemed to have met the eligibility requirements as of the date of his re-employment and shall become a Participant on the date of his re-employment; provided, however, that if he is re-employed prior to the date he would have become a Participant if his employment had not terminated, he shall become a Participant as of the date he would have become a Participant if his employment had not terminated. Any other Employee whose employment terminates and who is subsequently reemployed shall become a Participant in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2.1.1 and 2.1.2.

PARTICIPATION UPON RE-EMPLOYMENT. If the Service of an Employee terminates and he or she is re-employed as an Employee, such re-employed Employee will be eligible to become a Participant and shall begin participation in the Plan on the date he or she is re- employed by the Employer as an Employee and is first credited with an Hour of Service as a re-employed Employee.

A Participant whose employment terminates and who is subsequently re-employed, but not as a Covered Employee, shall, if he subsequently becomes a Covered Employee before incurring five consecutive Breaks in Service, re-enter the Plan as a Participant on the date he first performs an Hour of Service as a Covered Employee subsequent to his re-employment. All other Covered Employees who are re-employed must meet the requirements of Section 3.1.
