Hour of Service means:
Hour of Service means (1) each hour for which an Employee is directly or indirectly compensated or entitled to compensation by the Employer for the performance of duties (these hours will be credited to the Employee for the computation period in which the duties are performed); (2) each hour for which an Employee is directly or indirectly compensated or entitled to compensation by the Employer (irrespective of whether the employment relationship has terminated) for reasons other than performance of duties (such as vacation, holidays, sickness, jury duty, disability, lay-off, military duty or leave of absence) during the applicable computation period (these hours will be calculated and credited pursuant to Department of Labor regulation 2530.200b-2 which is incorporated herein by reference); (3) each hour for which back pay is awarded or agreed to by the Employer without regard to mitigation of damages (these hours will be credited to the Employee for the computation period or periods to which the award or agreement pertains rather than the computation period in which the award, agreement or payment is made). The same Hours of Service shall not be credited both under (1) or (2), as the case may be, and under (3).

Hour of Service means, with respect to any applicable computation period,
Hour of Service means:
(a) Each Hour of Service for which the Employer, either directly or indirectly, pays an Employee, or for which the Employee is entitled to payment, for the performance of duties. The Advisory Committee credits Hours of Service under this paragraph (a) to the Employee for the computation period in which the Employee performs the duties, irrespective of when paid;
(b) Each Hour of Service for back pay, irrespective of mitigation of damages, to which the Employer has agreed or for which the Employee has received an award. The Advisory Committee credits Hours of Service under this paragraph (b) to the Employee for the computation period(s) to which the award or the agreement pertains rather than for the computation period in which the award, agreement or payment is made; and
(c) Each Hour of Service for which the Employer, either directly or indirectly, pays an Employee, or for which the Employee is entitled to payment (irrespective of whether the employment relationship is terminated), for reasons other than for the performance of duties during a computation period, such as leave of absence, vacation, holiday, sick leave, illness, incapacity (including disability), layoff, jury duty or military duty. The Advisory Committee will credit no more than 501 Hours of Service under this paragraph (c) to an Employee on account of any single continuous period during which the Employee does not perform any duties (whether or not such period occurs during a single computation period). The Advisory Committee credits Hours of Service under this paragraph (c) in accordance with the rules of paragraphs (b) and (c) of Labor Reg. Section 2530.200b-2, which the Plan, by this reference, specifically incorporates in full within this paragraph (c). The Advisory Committee will not credit an Hour of Service under more than one of the above paragraphs. A computation period for purposes of this Section 1.27 is the Plan Year, Year of Service period, Break in Service period or other period, as determined under the Plan provision for which the Advisory Committee is measuring an Employee's Hours of Service. The Advisory Committee will resolve any ambiguity with respect to the crediting of an Hour of Service in favor of the Employee.
Hour of Service means each hour for which an individual was entitled to compensation as a regular full-time or part-time employee from a subsidiary of the Company.

(c) Each Hour of Service shall also mean and include each hour for which back pay, without regard to mitigation of damages, has been awarded or agreed to by the Employer. The same Hours of Service will not be credited both under paragraph (a) or paragraph (b), as the case may be, and under this paragraph (c). These hours will be credited to the Employee for the computation period or periods to which the award or agreement pertains rather than the computation period in which the award, agreement or payment is made. Hours of Service will be credited for employment with an Affiliated Employer. Hours of Service will also be credited for employment with a predecessor employer if the Employer maintains the plan of such predecessor or the Employer so elects in the Adoption agreement. Hours of Service will also be credited for any individual considered an Employee under sections 414(n) or 414(o) of the Code and the regulations thereunder. Solely for purposes of determining whether a Service Break, as defined in section 1.44, for participation and vesting purposes has occurred in a computation period, an individual who is absent from work for maternity or paternity reasons shall receive credit for the Hours of Service which would otherwise have been credited to such individual but for such absence, or in any case in which such hours cannot be determined, eight ...
