In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any other account rules and agreements that apply to your accounts or the functions performed using "Personal Online Banking", or any statements made by employees or agents this Agreement shall govern and prevail.
General Conditions; Definitions 1.01. The General Conditions (as defined in the Appendix to this Agreement) constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT The Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and (unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or it is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall terminate at the end of the Term.
