Parties and Gatherings. All parties and/or gatherings must be contained with the host’s apartment. Guests are limited to no more than twelve (12) per apartment (or the maximum number allowed by applicable laws, ordinances or codes). Noise levels must be maintained at a level that does not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of a neighbor.

Parties and Gatherings. Roommates shall follow all lease terms, landlord rules and regulations, and local ordinances regarding parties, gatherings, noise, litter, and parking. No Roommate shall hold a party or gathering with more than three guests without the written consent of all of the other Roommates at least three days prior to the event. Consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. No Roommate shall hold a party in excess of twenty people, including Roommates, under any circumstances. Any Roommate hosting a gathering or party shall, upon request of any other Roommate, terminate the event immediately. All Roommates in attendance at a gathering or party shall share equally in cleaning the dwelling and removing trash and litter. They shall thoroughly clean the premises, deposit all trash in appropriate waste and recycling containers, and remove all litter left outside the dwelling by noon the following day. If the dwelling is an apartment, condo, or townhouse, outside litter shall be removed within one hour of the ending of the event but in no case any later than 7 a.m. the following morning.
Parties and Gatherings. Any roommate who wishes to have a party or a gathering of more than 10 people in the apartment must give the other roommates 3 days notice and receive their assent to the gathering.
Parties and Gatherings. All residence agree to be respectful of our neighbors and other residents. As stat- ed above, the maximum number of occupants on Premise at any given time is sixteen (16). Any outside par- ty or gathering must end no later than 8:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday, and no later than 10:00pm Friday - Sat- urday. Residents are responsible for the immediate cleanup of the neighborhood upon the end of their party or gathering.

The Recipient shall: • Prepare an Initial Fact Sheet at start of the project that describes the project. Use the format provided by the CAM. • Prepare a Final Project Fact Sheet at the project’s conclusion that discusses results.   • Information regarding Interconnection Facilities 4.2.1 The SPD shall be required to obtain all information from the STU/CTU/concerned authority with regard to the Interconnection Facilities as is reasonably necessary to enable it to design, install and operate all interconnection plant and apparatus on the SPD’s side of the Delivery Point to enable delivery of electricity at the Delivery Point. The transmission of power up to the point of interconnection where the metering is done for energy accounting shall be the responsibility of the SPD at his own cost.

  • Geological and Archeological Specimens If, during the execution of the Work, the Contractor, any Subcontractor, or any servant, employee, or agent of either should uncover any valuable material or materials, such as, but not limited to, treasure trove, geological specimens, archival material, archeological specimens, or ore, the Contractor acknowledges that title to the foregoing is vested in the Owner. The Contractor shall notify the Owner upon the discovery of any of the foregoing, shall take reasonable steps to safeguard it, and seek further instruction from the Design Professional. Any additional cost incurred by the Contractor shall be addressed under the provision for changed conditions. The Contractor agrees that the Geological and Water Resources Division and the Historic Preservation Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources may inspect the Work at reasonable times.
