Each party to this Agreement certifies that it intends to and does contract with all other parties who are signatories to this Agreement and, in addition, with such other parties as may later be added as parties to and signatories of this Agreement pursuant to Article 18. Each party to this Agreement also certifies that the withdrawal from or cancellation of membership by any Member, pursuant to Articles 19 and 20 or otherwise, shall not affect this Agreement nor such party’s intent, as described above, to contract with the other remaining parties to the Agreement.
