Partner Information. The General Partner shall cause to be attached hereto as Exhibit C and updated from time to time a list showing the then current names and addresses of the Partners and the Interests held by each.
Partner Information. The names and addresses of the General Partner and each of the Limited Partners are available at the office of the Partnership. The General Partner will cause the List of Partners to be revised, without the necessity of obtaining the consent of any other Partner, to reflect (i) the admission of any additional or substituted Partner occurring under the terms of this Agreement, (ii) the withdrawal, or partial withdrawal, of any Partner under the terms of this Agreement, (iii) any change in the identity or address of a Partner, or (iv) the Capital Contributions and Net Capital Contributions of the Partners occurring under the terms of this Agreement.
Partner Information. 9.1. It shall be Partner’s obligation to ensure that the Company possesses true, accurate, non-misleading and up to date information relating to the Partner. The Company shall treat any such information as confidential except that the Company is expressly permitted to disclose such information:
a. to its aflliates and its aflliates’ respective directors, oflcers, employees, agents, auditors, contractors and professional advisers on a 'need to know" basis,
b. to the institution holding the money placed in the Money Box, their successors in business, and other institutions with which agreements are entered in order to provide the services,
c. as required by any applicable law or any governmental, public and other oflcial authority.
9.2. The Partner shall make TenkoFX aware of any change in his/her information, including contact details, without undue delay.
Partner Information. Partner represents and warrants that all the information provided by Partner to Two Impulse is and will at all times be true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. Partner also represents and warrants that: (a) it has reviewed the Two Impulse Partner Program on the date hereof; and (b) it meets all of the criteria for the requested Partner Level (or such other applicable date as the set out in the Partner Program) and (c) it shall continue to meet all of the criteria for the Partner Level from such date during the term of the Agreement, and (d) it agrees to notify Two Impulse immediately if it fails at any time to do so.
Partner Information. If requested by Bondowner Representative, Borrower shall deliver to Bondowner Representative, within one hundred eighty (180) days after the end of each Fiscal Year, (a) an audited balance sheet for each General Partner as of the end of such Fiscal Year and an audited statement of profit and loss for each General Partner and for each General Partner’s operations in connection with the Property for such Fiscal Year, together with all supporting schedules and (b) the certificate of a certified public accountant acceptable to Lender stating that such documents (i) were prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles applied on a consistent basis, (ii) fairly present each General Partner’s financial condition, (iii) show all material liabilities, direct and contingent, (iv) fairly present the results of each General Partner’s operations, and (v) disclose the existence of any off-balance sheet transactions.
Partner Information. 4.1. The Partner authorises Prudent to use the personal information including contacts, address, email id, mobile no. etc. of the Partner available in the records of KRA and AMFI for updating records of Prudent for empanelment of the Partner.
4.2. The Partner authorizes Prudent to use Bank Account details submitted by the Partner online for credit of brokerage and other benefits due to Partner pursuant to the business procured.
4.3. The Partner warrants that its information captured by Prudent and all other documents submitted by him are true and correct. The Partner warrants that the prudent is not required to verify the Partner information (including Bank Account details) captured/ submitted with documentary evidence. The Partner acknowledges that the responsibility for the accuracy and veracity of personal information solely rests with the Partner and Prudent will not be responsible or liable for any loss, claims, liability that may arise on account of any incorrect and/or erroneous data/information of the Partner.
4.4. The terms of the Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, are incorporated with reference to these Terms and Conditions and the same can be accessed at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and/or xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The partner agrees to comply with the terms of the Privacy Policy along with these Terms and Conditions.
4.5. Partner agrees that if it notices any error in its information, the Partner shall advise Prudent of the same as soon as possible. While Prudent will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the statement, Prudent is not liable for any error.
