Partners’ IP Responsibilities. As between CEPI and the Partners, the Partners are solely responsible for having access to the Intellectual Property (via ownership or license) necessary to develop and commercialise the Project Vaccine and to comply with the Partners’ obligations and CEPI’s rights pursuant to this Agreement.
