Project Vaccine definition

Project Vaccine means a Vaccine, the development of which is initiated under the Project, targeting patients with melanoma, non-small-cell lung carcinoma, or bladder cancer;
Project Vaccine means one or more of Awardee’s vaccine candidates *** (as described in the iPDP) and any other of the Awardee’s vaccine candidates expressly identified in the iPDP, in any form or dosage of pharmaceutical composition or preparation (including any *** candidate vaccines of any of the foregoing which are included in the iPDP and Budget from time to time).
Project Vaccine means one or more of Awardee’s vaccine candidates VBI-2904, VBI-2905, VBI-2906 and VBI-2907 (as described in the iPDP) and any other of the Awardee’s vaccine candidates expressly identified in the iPDP, or arising directly from the performance of the iPDP, in any form or dosage of pharmaceutical composition or preparation (including any variant, bivalent, multivalent or combination candidate vaccines of any of the foregoing which are included in the iPDP and Budget from time to time), but excluding [***] unless and until [***] is selected by CEPI for clinical development and the iPDP is updated accordingly.

Examples of Project Vaccine in a sentence

  • The Partners acknowledge that the pool of subjects available in areas of Outbreak to participate in a clinical trial to test the Project Vaccine may be limited.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the price of the Project Vaccine is critical to achieving Equitable Access.

  • Upon written request by CEPI, each Partner shall provide reasonable information about its COGs, production, supply, pricing and sales of the Project Vaccine, sufficient to enable CEPI to evaluate whether such activities are consistent with the Partners’ obligations under this Agreement.

  • As between CEPI and the Partners, the Partners are solely responsible for having access to the Intellectual Property (via ownership or license) necessary to develop and commercialise the Project Vaccine and to comply with the Partners’ obligations and CEPI’s rights pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Accordingly, the Partners each agree, and shall each procure that its licensees (and any sublicensees) agree, that the pricing of, and any other payments received with respect to, the Project Vaccine shall be as reasonably required to achieve Equitable Access for populations in need of such products, recognising that on-going supply should be commercially sustainable and, in any event, shall reflect the terms agreed in the Equitable Access Plan.

  • The Partners shall consult regularly with CEPI regarding the regulatory strategy for the Project Vaccine and each Project Clinical Trial or other clinical Sensitivity: Official Use 23 trial that utilises any Project Clinical Trial Materials and shall provide copies of the clinical trial authorisation and all material regulatory submissions with respect to such trial(s) to CEPI no later than [***] prior to their contemplated submission to a Regulatory Authority.

  • At CEPI’s option, the Partners shall consult with CEPI or its designee regarding any material interactions between a Partner and Regulatory Authorities relating to the Project Vaccine, or any Project Clinical Trial or other clinical trial that utilises any Project Clinical Trial Materials.

  • Each Partner shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all data in relation to the manufacture of the Project Vaccine is appropriately recorded and that all such records are kept up to date and maintained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • The Equitable Access Group shall coordinate the efforts of the Parties to update the Equitable Access Plan and set out how the Project Vaccine will be used to enable Equitable Access.


More Definitions of Project Vaccine

Project Vaccine means the ChAdOx1 MERS (Middle Eastern Respiratory Syndrome) vaccine candidate, which induces a specific immune response against at least one MERS- CoV antigen for prophylactic use against MERS.
Project Vaccine means vaccines targeting Lassa, to be Developed and Manufactured, pursuant to this Agreement;
Project Vaccine means Awardee’s lead vaccine candidate against SARS-CoV-2, as described in the iPDP in any form or dosage of pharmaceutical composition or preparation.

Related to Project Vaccine

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Work means construction work performed in the construction of a Covered Project.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Development Activities means those activities which have been approved for the Project as set out in the approved Plans and Specifications and, generally, activities that are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes and include the acquisition of property;

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the implementation unit for the Project referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract. Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.

  • Research facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used primarily for research or experimentation to improve or develop new tangible goods or materials or to improve or develop the production processes thereto.

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after its effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.
