  • Log Prices The following price schedule shall be designated as the contract value and shall apply to all logs removed from designated timber. Payment shall be for net log scale, unless noted.   • Unit Prices If unit prices are stated in the Contract Documents or subsequently agreed upon, and if the quantities originally contemplated are so changed in a Change Order that application of the agreed unit prices to the quantities of work proposed will cause substantial inequity to the Owner or the Contractor, the applicable unit prices shall be equitably adjusted as provided in the Special Conditions or as agreed to by the parties and incorporated into the Change Order.

  • Contract Prices All Contract prices set forth in this Section include all costs necessary to complete the work for which the price is established (e.g., Base Contract, Unit Price, Options) in accordance with the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the cost of work performed by subcontractors and consultants, indirect costs, fees, expenses, taxes, and profit.

  • Changes to Prices Subject to the requirements of this section, Vendor may change the price of any product or service at any time, based upon changes to the MSRP, but discount levels shall remain consistent with the discount levels specified in this Contract. Vendor may revise its pricing (but not its discount rate, if any, and not the products or services on its contract pricing list) by posting a revised pricing list. Such revised pricing lists are subject to review by DIR. If DIR finds that a product’s or service’s price has been increased unreasonably, DIR may request Vendor to reduce its pricing for the product or service to the level published before the revision. Vendor must reduce its pricing, or remove the product from its pricing list. Failure to do so will constitute an act of default by Vendor.

  • BID PRICES 3.1 Bidders must state in the Attribute Section if the bid prices will remain firm for the full contract period; or if the bid prices will be subject to escalation/de-escalation.

  • Retail Prices The prices at which a Service is provided by Verizon at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers.

  • Base Price Initial price quoted, proposed and/or contracted per unit of measure.

  • Best and Final Prices As specified in the Bid Documents and Contract, a Contractor may be solicited at the time of issuance of a Purchase Order or Mini-Bid award for best and final pricing for the Product or service to be delivered to the Authorized User. Contractors are encouraged to reduce their pricing upon receipt of such request.

  • FRAMEWORK PRICES 2.1. The Framework Prices consist of the Supplier Margins as reduced by any applicable Discounts. Subject to paragraph 2.6 below, the Supplier Margins shall not exceed the Supplier Maximum Margins.
