Existing Services definition

Existing Services means, in relation to a particular operator, all local services registered under section 6 of the 1985 Act F17 in the name of that operator—

Existing Services means the Customer’s current Microsoft seat-based cloud subscriptions (and associated seat-counts) as at the date of this Agreement, for which the Supplier is the Primary Administrator as at the date of this Agreement;

Existing Services means any service listed in the Schedule of Charges in Annex G as of the Commencement Date.
