Past Practices. Section 1. All well-established practices and policies in effect on the date this Agreement is executed, concerning terms and conditions of employment which significantly affect members shall be maintained for the period of this Agreement unless modified by this Agreement or by mutual consent. Section 2. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to deny or diminish the opportunities and responsibilities of members to participate directly, within regularly established procedures, in the formation and recommendation of educational policy within the University, its colleges, schools, departments, and institutes.
