PAVING AND LANDSCAPING WITHIN EASEMENTS. THE OWNER OF THE LOT AFFECTED SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR OF DAMAGE TO LANDSCAPING AND PAVING OCCASIONED BY INSTALLATION OR NECESSARY MAINTENANCE OF UNDERGROUND WATER, SEWER, STORM SEWER, NATURAL GAS, COMMUNICATION, CABLE TELEVISION, ELECTRIC FACILITIES OR OTHER PUBLIC UTILITY WITHIN THE UTILITY EASEMENT AREAS DEPICTED UPON THE ACCOMPANYING PLAT, PROVIDED HOWEVER, THE CITY OF JENKS, OKLAHOMA, OR THE SUPPLIER OF THE UTILITY SERVICE SHALL USE REASONABLE CARE IN THE PERFORMANCE OF SUCH ACTIVITIES.

PAVING AND LANDSCAPING WITHIN EASEMENTS. THE OWNER OF THE LOT AFFECTED SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR OF DAMAGE TO LANDSCAPING AND PAVING WITHIN THE UTILITY EASEMENTS WHICH MAY RESULT FROM NECESSARY USE FOR OR MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION OF UNDERGROUND WATER, SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER, ELECTRICAL, NATURAL GAS, COMMUNICATIONS OR TELEPHONE FACILITIES PROVIDED, HOWEVER, XXXXXX COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, OR THE SUPPLIER OF THE UTILITY SERVICE SHALL USE REASONABLE CARE IN THE PERFORMANCE OF SUCH ACTIVITIES.
PAVING AND LANDSCAPING WITHIN EASEMENTS. The owner of the lot affected shall be responsible for the repair of damage to landscaping and paving occasioned by necessary maintenance of underground water, sewer, storm sewer, natural gas, communication, cable television, or electric facilities within the utility easement areas depicted upon the accompanying Plat, provided however, the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma or the supplier of the utility service shall use reasonable care in the performance of such activities.
PAVING AND LANDSCAPING WITHIN EASEMENTS. The owner of each lot depicted on the accompanying plat shall be responsible for the repair of damage to landscaping and paving occasioned by installation or necessary maintenance of underground water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, natural gas, communication, cable television, or electric facilities within the easement areas depicted upon the accompanying plat. Provided the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma or its successors, or the supplier of the utility service shall use reasonable care in the performance of such activities.

  • Irrigation An irrigation reduced pressure zone (hereinafter referred to as “RPZ”) is required for any irrigation systems and must be installed by the Developer and/or eventual lot owner and tested in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Health Guidelines for Designing Backflow Prevention Assembly Installations (hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines”). The initial test results and certification shall be submitted to the City of Maple Grove Public Works Department. Subsequently, the RPZ must be tested, per the Guidelines, at least annually by a certified tester with the results reported to the City of Maple Grove Building Department and the RPZ must be rebuilt as needed in accordance with the Guidelines. Test/rebuilt reports shall be mailed or faxed to the City of Maple Grove Building Department at (000) 000-0000. The irrigation system shall be designed and the Plans shall be modified accordingly, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property, to accommodate a 1-inch water meter and a maximum flow of 50 gallons per minute.

  • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.
