Common use of Pay-back for Vacation Time Clause in Contracts

Pay-back for Vacation Time. ‌ If an employee terminates their employment with the University and has taken in excess of their accrued vacation entitlement, the University shall deduct an amount equivalent to the payment of unearned vacation from the employee’s final cheque.
