Common use of Pay for Local Negotiating Committee Clause in Contracts

Pay for Local Negotiating Committee. CAMH agrees to recognize a Negotiating Committee comprising seven (7) members to be elected from within the bargaining unit plus a spokesperson. CAMH’S committee will include seven (7) CAMH representatives at the bargaining table plus a spokesperson. The purpose of this Negotiating Committee shall be to negotiate a renewal of this Collective Agreement. CAMH agrees that the seven (7) employee members of the Negotiating Committee shall suffer no loss of earnings and no loss of credits for time spent during their regularly scheduled working hours in attending negotiation meetings with CAMH up to, and including conciliation.
