Pay for Work Out of Classification. Where the duties performed are not fixed and prescribed for the position or reasonably related to those fixed and prescribed for the position, but are in a higher class or step for a period of at least five (5) working days during any 15 calendar-day period, the employee shall be adjusted upward for the entire period in which he/she is required to work out of classification.
