Pay for Working an Authorized Holiday. If an employee works on an authorized holiday or its observed equivalent, the employee shall be paid one and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular hourly rate for the first eight (8) hours worked. In addition, the employee will receive the holiday pay referred to in Section 10.3.3. 10.3.5.1 The employee shall receive two (2) times the employee's regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the first eight (8) hours.
