Pay for Working an Authorized Holiday. If an employee works on an authorized holiday or its observed equivalent, the employee shall be paid one and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular hourly rate for the first eight (8) hours worked. In addition, the employee will receive the holiday pay referred to in Section 10.3.3.
