PAY, HOURS AND BENEFITS. 147. Effective July 1, 2006, all members of the bargaining unit shall receive a base wage increase of seven percent (7%) in exchange for their agreement to continue paying the seven and a half percent (7.5%) employee retirement contribution amount to SFERS.
