Pay - Leave/Secondment. A teacher who is on a leave of absence or a secondment and who continues to receive salary and benefits from the Board through a secondment or other contractual arrangement with an outside organization, for which the Board is fully reimbursed by the outside organization, may be paid at different rate of pay than that outlined in Article 12, and such salary shall be considered pensionable.
