Pay Rate, Experienced. The Pay Rate for experienced Contingent Staff. The Customer may negotiate, and the Contractor may offer, a “Pay-Rate, Experienced” lower than that which is indicated on the Cost Proposal for a Job Title. However, the Contractor shall not offer a “Pay Rate, Experienced” higher than that which is indicated on the Cost Proposal for a Job Title.
