General Experience. The Applicant shall meet the following minimum criteria: - (a) Average Annual turnover for the last 2 years - Shall be as specified in the Qualification Criteria. General Experience. The Applicant shall meet the following minimum criteria: - (a) Average Annual turnover for the last 2 years - KShs. 500,000,000/-. (b) Successful completion as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in the execution of at least three (3) road maintenance projects of a similar nature and comparable in complexity to the proposed contract within the last three years.

General Experience. Provider shall possess organizational skills and the ability to schedule transportation appointments in a manner that assures children and youth are picked up and dropped off at the scheduled appointment time.

General Experience. Individuals without the preferred Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field, but who have at least seven (7) years of experience in the field of Human Services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The Department will review the applicant’s experience, education and training, other qualifications and the current resume.

The works may have been executed by the Applicant as prime contractor or as a member of joint venture or sub contractor. As sub contractor, he should have acquired the experience of execution of all major items of works under the proposed contract. In case a project has been executed by a joint venture, weightage towards experience of the project would be given to each joint venture in proportion to their participation in the joint venture. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission (ie. Gross value of work done up to the last date of submission is 90% or more of the original contract price) and continuing satisfactorily. For these a certificate from the employer shall be submitted along with the application incorporating clearly the name of the work, Contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, satisfactory performance of the contractor and any other relevant information.

Proof of current certificate of motor vehicle insurance with the minimum of $ 1.5 million per vehicle coverage is required by the Department. Notification to the Department is required within 24 hours whenever the insurance certificate is changed or amended, expires, is revoked or suspended, or renewed. Each organization must submit an IRS form W-9 to ABH as part of application packet. For individual providers, an IRS form W-9 must be submitted to ABH with your application packet.

General Experience. Five (5) years’ job-related experience in the healthcare industry with specific emphasis on new client implementations and/or account management is required.
