Common use of Pay Schedule Clause in Contracts

Pay Schedule. The Employer shall pay salaries and wages every second Thursday up to the amount payable as of the Wednesday from the previous week in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. Each pay period, every employee shall be provided with an itemized statement.

Pay Schedule. Pay Schedule. The Employer shall pay salaries and wages each Employee no later than every second Thursday up to Monday for all pay due the amount payable Employee as of the Wednesday previous Monday for that two (2) week pay period. The Employer will provide access to an itemized statement with each pay showing the number of hours worked at straight time, overtime, the wage rate, and itemized deductions from the previous week in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part amount earned. Pay will be by direct deposit to a bona fide financial institution of this Agreement. Each pay period, every employee shall be provided with an itemized statementthe Employee’s choice.
