PAY TREATMENT FOR ABSENCES. (j) The decision to institute short-timing and the establishment of short-time schedules, or the termination of short-timing, shall be solely at the COMPANY’S discretion. Grievances relative to short-timing may be presented in accordance with ARTICLE 6, GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE, and/or arbitration under ARTICLE 7, ARBITRATION.
