PAYMENT AND FEDERAL FUNDS. Neither PUGET SOUND HEALTH PARTNERS, nor Contractor nor Participant shall make any specific payment, directly or indirectly, to a physician or physician group as an incentive to reduce or limit medically necessary services furnished to any particular Enrollees. Indirect payments may include offerings of monetary value (such as stock options or waivers of debt) measured in the present or future. Throughout the term of this Agreement, parties shall remain in good standing with all applicable regulatory agencies, and shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Each party, in fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement, acknowledges that it is subject to certain laws that are applicable to individuals and entities receiving federal funds. Each party agrees to inform all related entities, contractors, and subcontractors that payments that they receive are, in whole or in part, from federal funds.

PAYMENT AND FEDERAL FUNDS. Plans receives payments in whole or in part from federal funds and as a result, contractors and subcontractors including FMO and GA are subject to certain laws that are applicable to individuals and entities receiving federal funds. GA agrees that any services or activity performed in connection with this Agreement and its attachments, exhibits and amendments will be consistent with and comply with Plans’ contractual obligations to CMS and other applicable state and federal laws and regulations.   • Availability of Federal Funds Upon mutual agreement between the Fund and the Custodian, the Custodian shall, upon the receipt of Proper Instructions, make federal funds available to the Fund as of specified times agreed upon from time to time by the Fund and the Custodian in the amount of checks received in payment for Shares of the Fund which are deposited into the Fund's account.

  • Interest Rate and Payments (a) The balance of principal outstanding from time to time under this Note shall bear interest at the rate of seven and sixty-three one- hundredths percent (7.63%) per annum (the "Original Interest Rate"), computed on the basis of a three hundred sixty (360) day year for the actual number of days elapsed.

  • Interest Rate and Payment The principal amount of the Loan shall bear interest from the date of the Note until the Maturity Date (unless otherwise accelerated as provided herein) at a rate per annum equal to the minimum interest rate necessary to avoid income imputation under the Internal Revenue Code as of the date of the Note. Interest shall be due and payable on the Maturity Date.

  • Notice of Interest Period and Interest Rate Promptly after receipt of a Notice of Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.02(a), a notice of Conversion pursuant to Section 2.09 or a notice of selection of an Interest Period pursuant to the definition of “Interest Period”, the Administrative Agent shall give notice to the Borrower and each Lender of the applicable Interest Period and the applicable interest rate determined by the Administrative Agent for purposes of clause (a)(i) or (a)(ii) above.
