Service Terms Each Service Order will provide for a service term. At the end of the service term of any Service Order, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least ninety (90) days before the end of a service term, the term of such Service Order will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods. Termination of one Service Order will not affect the term of any other Service Order.
Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.
Notice and Service Thereof 1.5.1 Any notice from one party to the other or otherwise under the Contract Documents shall be in writing and shall be dated and signed by the party giving notice or by a duly authorized representative of that party. ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE The following additional terms of service (hereinafter “Additional Terms of Service”) will apply in the event that You are purchasing or subscribing for one or more of the following Services in addition to the Terms and Conditions. To the extent that the Additional Terms of Services conflict with the Terms, the Additional Terms of Service, as may be applicable, will prevail.
Specification and Service Levels The Specification sets out the Services that the Contractor has undertaken to provide. The Specification includes Service Levels setting out particular levels of service that the Contractor has undertaken to meet.
Subcontracting for the Provision of Services (a) The parties acknowledge that, subject to the provisions of LHSIA, the HSP may subcontract the provision of some or all of the Services. For the purposes of this Agreement, actions taken or not taken by the subcontractor, and Services provided by the subcontractor, will be deemed actions taken or not taken by the HSP, and Services provided by the HSP.
Service Updates Our Services may automatica ly download and insta l updates to your computer system from time to time and you hereby permit and consent to same. Updates are genera ly developed to improve our Services, including by providing enhanced functionality, bug fixes, and new software.
