Common use of Payment of Administrative Fee Clause in Contracts

Payment of Administrative Fee. Administrative fees allocable to individual accounts of active clerical employees participating in the VEBA Plan shall be paid by the School District. Administrative fees allocable to individual accounts of active clerical employees who have accrued a balance in the VEBA Plan but change coverage, so that they are no longer entitled to School District contributions, shall be paid by the School District. Administrative fees allocable to the individual accounts of former clerical employees shall be paid by the former clerical employees.
