Payment of Administrative Fee. Administrative fees allocable to individual accounts of active employees, if any, shall be paid by the COUNTY. Administrative fees allocable to the individual accounts of former employees, including retirees, shall be paid from individual accounts. Administrative fees shall be paid from individual accounts of all participants in the event the VEBA Plan is terminated.
