PAYMENT OF CONNECTION CHARGES. The Developer shall pay all connection charges which may be payable to any relevant authority or undertaker for the connection of services the provision of which forms part of the Base Building Works and any fees or charges payable under any statute or to any statutory undertaker in respect of the Base Building Works and the Developer shall at its own cost comply with all requirements of any water gas electricity and telecommunications authorities in relation to the Base Building Works.
PAYMENT OF CONNECTION CHARGES. 2.1 Normally, no Connection Charge is payable where Your Installation is already Connected to an Exit Point. However, if You require a new connection to an Exit Point, or a Modification to an existing connection, You will pay Us charges as set out in the Schedule.
PAYMENT OF CONNECTION CHARGES. 2.1 You agree to pay Us any Connection Charge specified in the Schedule or required for any subsequent Modification. All Connection Charges are calculated in accordance with Our Connection Charge Statement and shall be payable within 14 days of the date of our Invoice.
PAYMENT OF CONNECTION CHARGES. The Developer and City acknowledge the $389,040.43 in water and sewer connection charges will be paid off as each individual lot on the Property is platted, less the credits for trunk oversizing. The Developer shall pay a pro-rata portion of the remaining connection charges concurrent with the execution of this Agreement. The total portion of the water and sewer connection charges paid under this Agreement shall be $38,932.42.
