Common use of Payment of Employee Contributions Clause in Contracts

Payment of Employee Contributions. All employees are responsible for the payment of one hundred percent (100%) of the employees’ basic retirement benefit contributions determined annually by the Board of Retirement of the Contra Costa County Employees’ Retirement Association (CCCERA) without the District paying any part of the employees’ contribution. All employees are also responsible for the payment of the employees' contributions to the retirement cost of living program as determined annually by the Board of Retirement, without the District paying any part of the employees’ contributions. Except as provided in section 21.2 (Safety Employees Retirement) subsection A, the District is responsible for one hundred percent (100%) of the employer’s retirement contributions determined annually by the Board of Retirement.
