Payment of Insurance. Should Tenant fail to obtain the insurance policies required hereunder, or pay the premiums due for the insurance policies required hereby, Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to pay the same, in which case Tenant shall repay such amount plus any penalties or additional amounts resulting therefrom to Landlord within 5 days after receipt of a xxxx therefor.
