Jury Service 44.1 Subject to this clause, Employees are entitled to leave and payment for jury service in accordance with the NES.
Xxxxxx of Jury Trial In any action brought under this Contract, the parties expressly waive their right to trial by jury and agree to submit all questions of fact to the judge as trier of fact.
Service of legal process (a) We may serve a writ of summons, statement of claim or other legal process or any other document requiring personal service in respect of any action or proceedings under this agreement on you by leaving it at, or sending it by pre-paid airmail, local ordinary post or local registered post to, your last known address (whether within or outside Singapore and whether such address is a Post Office Box or is a place of residence or business), or by telex, facsimile or electronic mail to your telex, facsimile or electronic mail address as may be provided to us or to our solicitors. Nothing in this clause shall affect our right to serve legal process in any other manner permitted by law.
Compliance with Contractor Employee Jury Service Ordinance Contractor shall comply with the County Ordinance with respect to provision of jury duty pay to employees and have and adhere to a written policy that provides that its employees shall receive from the Contractor, on an annual basis, no less than five days of regular pay for actual jury service in San Mateo County. The policy may provide that employees deposit any fees received for such jury service with the Contractor or that the Contractor deduct from the employees’ regular pay the fees received for jury service.
Waiver of Jury Trial IN ANY ACTION, SUIT, OR PROCEEDING IN ANY JURISDICTION BROUGHT BY ANY PARTY AGAINST ANY OTHER PARTY, THE PARTIES EACH KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY, TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEREBY ABSOLUTELY, UNCONDITIONALLY, IRREVOCABLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES FOREVER TRIAL BY JURY.
WAIVERS OF JURY TRIAL THE BORROWER, THE ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND THE LENDERS HEREBY IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVE TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY LEGAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY OTHER LOAN DOCUMENT AND FOR ANY COUNTERCLAIM THEREIN.
Jury Service/Witness Leave 17.1 Employees called on for jury service are required to serve. Where the need is urgent, the Employer may apply for postponement because of particular work needs, but this may be done only in exceptional circumstances.
Provider Credentialing Contractor shall perform, or may delegate activities related to, credentialing and re-credentialing Participating Providers in accordance with a process reviewed and approved by State Regulators.
