PAYMENT OF LEASE FEE. Subject to the provisions of Section 6.2 below, the Lease Fee shall be payable, in advance, at the CLT's principal place of business on the first day of each month of each year of the term of this Lease. In the event this Lease commences between any of the monthly payment dates, a pro rata portion of the Lease Fee shall be paid for the balance of such month at the time of execution of this Lease.
PAYMENT OF LEASE FEE. The Lessee must pay the Lease Fee to Council in full upon signing of this agreement or at the request of Council.

If the Lease commences on a day other than the first of the month, a pro-rata portion of the Lease Fee shall be paid for the balance of the month at the time the Lease is executed.
PAYMENT OF LEASE FEE. The Lease Fee shall be payable to Lessor, at the address specified in this Lease as Lessor’s address, on the first day of each month for as long as this Lease remains in effect, unless, with Lessor’s consent, the Lease Fee is to be escrowed by a mortgagee, in which case payment shall be made as specified by that mortgagee. If this Lease commences on a day other than the first of the month, a pro-rata portion of the Lease Fee shall be paid for the balance of the month at the time this Lease is executed. In the event that any amount of Lease Fee remains unpaid when the Improvements are sold and the leasehold estate is transferred to another party, the amount of unpaid Lease Fee shall be paid to Lessor out of any proceeds of sale otherwise due to Lessee at the time of sale.
PAYMENT OF LEASE FEE. As consideration for this Lease, Lessee shall pay to Lessor an annual participation bonus, in an amount equal to FIFTEEN (15%) PERCENT of the gross crop yield from the leasehold properties. Gross Crop Yield is hereby defined as either the raw product, by dry weight, of the total amount of the crop actually harvested from the Property or the actual net cash amount, after all expenses derived from the growing, processing and sale of said crop actually harvested from the Property, but excluding those costs set forth hereinafter under Lessee’s Obligations. All crop weights shall be verified by at least one member of Lessee and by the Lessor.
