Lease Fee definition

Lease Fee means any monetary fee or other charge or consideration, or any combination thereof, charged by or paid to a Taxi or Ramp Taxi Medallion Holder for the privilege of operating that Medallion during a particular shift, or for any period of time.

Lease Fee means the monthly fee of € 3 which shall be paid monthly and/or quarterly and any increase thereof, agreed and/or otherwise calculated in accordance with clause 3, which shall exclude all Common Area Charges and shall include VAT (if applicable) for the use of the Leased Apartment. Leased Apartment /Apartment means the Apartment situated at the 3rd floor of the Building of which, for the purposes of the present Agreement includes the Fixtures and Fittings contained therein; the Apartment forms part of the Building and the Premises, and the Lease to the Lessee for use of the Apartment includes the use, in common with others, of communal access ways (including any stairways, elevators) in the Building and all other common or designated areas on the Premises. Month / Monthly means a calendar month. Municipality/community taxes means charges, rates or costs relating to the residential use of the Leased Apartment. Premises means all or any parts of the Building, and the plot of land on which the Building is situated, including on-site car park, forecourt, storage space, garden and planting area, paths, walkways, fences, boundaries or other outbuildings and machinery. Quarter / Quarterly means three calendar months. Refuse collection fees means the charges, rates or costs relating to the refuse collection connected to the residential use of the Leased Apartment.

Examples of Lease Fee in a sentence

  • If you prepaid your Equipment Lease Fee for the Minimum Service Term, the months during which you are on the Hibernation Plan will continue to be applied against your prepaid Equipment Lease Fee.

  • If you are paying a monthly Equipment Lease Fee (defined in the Lease Addendum to this Agreement), a monthly fee for the EasyCare Plan (defined in the EasyCare Plan Addendum to this Agreement) or a fee for anti-virus software, you will continue to incur these charges while on the Hibernation Plan.

  • Our price-lock guarantee applies only to the monthly Internet Service fee and the Equipment Lease Fee (in each case before any promotional discounts) and excludes all taxes and surcharges.

  • Upon expiration of the prepaid lease term for the Minimum Service Term, the monthly Equipment Lease Fee will be charged to your payment method on file.

  • The Lease Fee payable to the Advisor, an Affiliate of the Advisor or a non-Affiliated third party, as defined in Section 8(d).
