Payment of Presented Items and Reporting of Exception Issues. Bank shall compare each Presented Check (other than checks not covered as discussed in Part II, subsection 8.5) to the checks identified in the file received by Bank from Customer. Unless directed to do so on the Enrollment Form, as described in Part II, subsection 8.11, Bank will not review or attempt to match the payee on the check even if Customer has provided Bank with the payee information. Unless Bank is directed otherwise and agrees, Customer has sole responsibility for matching the payee on the checks identified by Customer in the file.
