The Positive Pay Service. Customer may use the Positive Pay Service to quickly identify and act upon fraudulent checks as well as quickly reconcile Customer’s Designated Accounts. Customer shall provide Bank with a “Check Issue File.” in the manner described below, detailing all checks Customer has issued on the Designated Accounts. This file is to be imported into Bank’s system for comparison to checks presented for payment against Customer’s Designated Accounts. Customer must log onto EBIB to utilize the Positive Pay Service described herein.

  • School Year Employment If an employee is employed on the basis of a school year and such employment contemplates absences from the State payroll during the summer months or vacation periods scheduled by the Appointing Authority which occur during the regular school year, the employee shall nonetheless remain eligible for an Employer Contribution, provided that the employee appears on the regular payroll for at least one (1) working day in the payroll period immediately preceding such absences.

  • Supervisory or Military Service It is understood service with the Armed Forces of Canada in time of war or compulsory military service, or service with the Employer as a supervisory employee does not constitute a break in the continuous service and shall not affect an employee's seniority rights.
