Participating Employee Unenrollment. The Participating Employee will be unenrolled from the Payroll Card service upon receipt by Bank of notice that the Participating Employee is terminating the Payroll Card service under the Terms and Conditions Disclosure. This may be done at the Participating Employee’s discretion by following the instructions for termination in the Terms and Conditions Disclosure provided to the Participating Employee. Such unenrollment by a Participating Employee will not terminate employer’s Payroll Card service.
