Common use of Payment of PTO Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Payment of PTO Upon Termination. All PTO hours accrued but not taken shall be paid to the Nurse at the same time the Nurse receives her/his final paycheck. At the Nurse’s option, the Hospital will pay such PTO in a separate check.
