Eligibility-Paid Time Off. All Regular full-time and part-time Nurses are eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) in accordance with the provisions of this Section.

  • Vacation Eligibility Employees shall be eligible for vacation, based on their Net Credited Service (NCS) with the Company, as follows:

  • Holiday Eligibility Except as otherwise provided in this Article, an employee must be in paid status on the working day immediately preceding or succeeding the holiday to be paid for the holiday.

  • Holiday Pay Eligibility ‌ In order to be eligible for holiday pay, an employee must be in a pay status on the last regularly scheduled working day immediately before or on the first regularly scheduled day immediately after the holiday (§ 2-18-603, Mont. Code Xxx.). If a new employee or an employee returning from inactive status or layoff reports to work on a day following the holiday, the employee will not receive compensation for the holiday except as provided for in Section 7.

  • Benefit Eligibility For purposes of the Benefit Plan entitlement, common-law and same sex relationships will apply as defined.

  • Compensatory Time Eligibility The Employer may grant compensatory time in lieu of cash payment for overtime to an overtime-eligible employee, upon agreement between the Employer and the employee. Compensatory time must be granted at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) hours of compensatory time for each hour of overtime worked.

  • Sick Leave Payout Employees who retire on pension or who voluntarily terminate their employment with the Employer, or who are permanently laid off from their employment with the Employer, shall upon termination or retirement be paid any sick leave accumulation they may have to their credit, to a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) hours credit.

  • Vacation Payout Where an employee requests in writing to have a specific number of vacation days paid out, and the Employer agrees to the request, the Employer will issue pay in lieu of vacation. Pay in lieu of vacation, if agreed, will be granted only after a minimum of 15 days' vacation time has already been taken in the year.
