PAYMENT OF THE ARBITRATOR. 19 10.4.1 CSEA will be responsible for payment for the cost of preparing its case. 20 21 10.4.2 The District will be responsible for payment for the cost of preparing its case. 22 23 10.4.3 CSEA and the District will share equally the payment of other costs, including 24 payment for the services and expenses of the arbitrator and the court reporter. 25
