Payment of the balance. The certificate shall certify, in accordance with a methodology approved by the Commission, that the costs declared by the beneficiaries in the financial statements on which the request of payment is based are real, accurately recorded and eligible and that all receipts have been declared, in accordance with the agreement. The documents accompanying the request for payment shall be drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Article I.6 and the annexes. Approval of the report does not imply recognition either of its regularity or of the authenticity, completeness or correctness of the declarations and information enclosed. Where the Agency requests a new report because the one previously submitted has been rejected, this shall be submitted within the period of time indicated in the Special Conditions.
