Payment of Valid Approved Claims. An amount not to exceed nine million dollars ($9,000,000.00) for valid Approved Claims is to be paid by the later of (i) sixty (60) days after the Claims Deadline, (ii) thirty (30) days after the Settlement Administrator provides a pay deck, or (iii) the Final Settlement Approval Date, less the sum of (i) the payments for Notice and Other Administrative Costs, (ii) the Fee Award paid by Xxxxxxxxx, and (iii) any Service Awards paid by Defendant.

  • Assignment of Antitrust Claims As part of the consideration for the award of this Contract, the Contractor assigns to the State all right, title and interest in and to any claims the Contractor now has, or may acquire, under state or federal antitrust laws relating to the products or services which are the subject of this Contract.
