Payment Schedule for Professional Engineering Services Fee. Consultant shall submit monthly statements for professional engineering services rendered. The statements shall be based on Consultant’s estimate of the proportion of the total services actually completed for each task as set forth in Exhibit A at the time of billing. The City shall confirm the correctness of such estimates, and may use the City’s own engineer for such purposes. The monthly statements should be accompanied by such properly completed reporting forms and such other evidence of progress as may be required by the City. Upon such confirmation, the City shall pay the amount owed within 30 days. Final billing under this agreement shall be submitted in a timely manner but not later than three (3) months after completion of the services. Billings for work submitted later than three (3) months after completion of services will not be paid. Final payment will be made upon completion of audit by the City.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Services Fee 5.1 The Transmission Services performed by TSO to Network User under this Standard Transmission Agreement are subject to the applicable Services fee calculated in accordance with attachment A of the Access Code for Transmission. In the event of any modification to the Regulated Tariffs, the Total Monthly Fee(s) and the Total Monthly Self-billing Fee(s) provided for in this Article 5.1 shall be adapted as from the calendar day of the entering into force of the modifications.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Services Fees The Fees are stated on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. Stripe may revise the Fees at any time. If Stripe revises the Fees for a Service that you are currently using, Stripe will notify you at least 30 days (or a longer period if Law requires) before the revised Fees apply to you.
