PAYMENTS/CANCELLATIONS/SPACE REDUCTION Clause Samples
The PAYMENTS/CANCELLATIONS/SPACE REDUCTION clause governs the financial obligations and procedures related to payments, cancellations, and requests to reduce reserved space under a contract. It typically outlines when and how payments must be made, the process and potential penalties for canceling a reservation, and the steps required if a party wishes to decrease the amount of space initially agreed upon. This clause ensures that both parties understand their rights and responsibilities regarding changes to the agreement, helping to prevent disputes and allocate financial risk in cases of cancellation or modification.
