Space Assignment. This contract is for space in the residence halls, not a specific hall, room or roommate. A. The University assigns roommates without regard to race, religion, sexual orientation, disability or natural origin. B. Assignment to a specific building, type of housing, room/apartment capacity, or a specific roommate is not guaranteed. C. The University does not permit registered sex offenders to live in university housing. D. The University reserves the right to make housing assignments and to require assignment changes when considered advisable or necessary by the University.
Space Assignment. The Conference reserves the right to assign the Space and to regulate the use of the Space or the design and appearance of any booth or hospitality room. This assignment designation and regulation shall be at the sole discretion of the Conference. The Conference reserves the right to relocate booths if absolutely necessary. The Conference cannot guarantee that a company will not be placed near a competitor. In the event of a conflict regarding space, the Conference reserves the right to assign space, rearrange the floor plan, relocate any space or cancel the Event at any time prior to the exhibit opening.
Space Assignment. The University’s acceptance of this Agreement does not guarantee Student’s assignment to a particular residence hall, room type, or location, nor does it determine final admission to the University. Student acknowledges that any preferences indicated in Student’s application with regard to a specific residence hall, room type, location, or roommate request are preferences only, and any cannot be guaranteed. Entering into this Agreement legally obligates Student to make payment to University for the Department-assigned Space, regardless of any Student-indicated preferences concerning a specific residence hall, room type, location, or roommate. University’s assignment of a Space to Student, and Student’s continued occupancy of a Space, are contingent upon Student’s final admission to the University and timely payment of all charges and fees to University, including those due under this Agreement.
Space Assignment. OASIS reserves the right to assign all space locations and to make such changes prior to, and/or during show, as management may deem necessary. The number of booths and the amount of space utilized by each exhibitor shall be determined by OASIS Show Management in its sole discretion.
Space Assignment. Space assignments will be solely at the discretion of NEC, and NEC reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and/or relocate the exhibitor after exhibitor has been informed of its booth location. National Safety Council reserves the right to move Exhibitor’s exhibit space location based on the needs of the Event regardless of whether a location is already assigned. NSC will establish exhibition hours and reserves the right to make any changes as it may deem appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion.

Space Assignment. Spaces will be assigned in the order Contracts are received by TASN. In all cases, efforts will be made to assign space in as close compliance as possible with applicants' choices. Xxxxx(s) are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Space Assignment. The points earned by Exhibitors/Industry Partners each year are used to determine a ranking system, which are then used to assign booth selection appointments. This program is intended to reward loyal exhibitors, sponsors and advertisers for their continued support of the NAVC year-round. Booth selection process will be conducted as follows: a) All past Exhibitors/IPs will receive an invitation to exhibit at Institute 2022 in September of 2021. b) Exhibitors/IPs who accepted the invitation will receive a follow up invitation to select their booth. Appointment will be based on their priority ranking. c) Returning Institute Exhibitors will be given special consideration when selecting their preferred space; however, priority ranking prevails. d) New exhibitors may apply for exhibit space by going online at XXXX.xxx/Xxxxxxxxx. All Exhibit Space is assigned to one company of record. Exhibitors may not share, transfer, or sublet Exhibit Space. Exhibitors who violate these rules may no longer be allowed to exhibit with NAVC in future years. Companies with multiple divisions may exhibit within one booth space and the individual divisions may be listed separately on the NAVC’s website provided the following guidelines are met: 1. Each division must be solely owned by the parent exhibiting company; 2. Each division must purchase a minimum of one (1) booth (i.e. primary and two divisions must purchase at least 3 exhibit spaces); 3. Only the primary company will be listed on the complimentary booth sign provided by NAVC; 4. Multiple listing(s) must be approved in writing by show management. The NAVC reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and may relocate any exhibit, if necessary. As a courtesy, Exhibitors/IPs will be notified prior to relocation.

In all cases, efforts will be made to assign space in as close compliance as possible with applicants choices. Assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis. NJSBGA reserved the right to refuse exhibit booth registrations due to space limitations and/or place exhibitors in empty locations of its choosing after registration deadlines have passed.
